By I’ve been trying to avoid the “self-aware” approach, and I think I’m very good at this. I’ve been reading about the self-aware approach for quite a while now, and it’s one of the most popular strategies I’ve ever used.
One of the great things about a self-aware approach is it helps you learn to do things on autopilot. Ive read a lot of articles about the self-aware approach and it always seems to come down to this: If you want to do something, you have to learn to do it without thinking about it. You can’t just sit down and do it. If you want to do something, you have to act on it with your head and not with your heart.
The way to do it is to have a good set of goals, and to set a “no-think” policy. You can start out with a goal that you cant really take action on, but you can get over that goal and start focusing on what you can do next. Then you can start to work on the goal that you can actually do, and that is the goal you should get to before continuing on.
I’m sure I’m going to get a lot of flack for saying this, but I think having goals in life is extremely important. It makes life more fun, exciting, and rewarding. So if you have a goal, stick to it to live it out.

Its also important to note that when you’re a sniper, you have a certain amount of time in which you can actually do things.
