You might not have much experience in capturing the lives of the local people, but you can make a pretty successful claim these days. Photographers are a dime a dozen these days. It’s not uncommon to find yourself hired to be a portrait photographer in your home town. Once you get more experience or find new ones, you can turn your photography hobby into a full-time career.
I’m sure you’re tired of this sentence already. It’s hard to know what to say now. I’m not sure what I want to say. I’m not sure that I believe this will work or that I’m right. But it’s been a crazy few years so I’m probably not going to have a full career, and that’s okay, because nobody is perfect.
I think there are two paths to taking up a job as a portrait photographer. You can either be a fulltime professional photographer. Its a bit easier than being a fulltime blogger because you can just blog your way to a fulltime career. You also have the benefit of blogging without the hassle of having to deal with a lot of the technical aspects of it. You can also work in a less traditional job setting.
the other path is the “real world” path. You can choose to be a fulltime photographer because working in the real world is the most fulfilling thing in life. You can choose to be a fulltime blogger. It’s a bit harder but the benefits are greater. I chose to go the real world path and I think I got a much better shot at it.
The real world path is very different from the blogger path because if you’re blogging for a living, you need to have a certain level of technical skill set to be able to work in the real world. Bloggers don’t need to be technically good or even a technically bad blogger.
I’ve always been an avid photographer and have started several blogs myself. I’ve never felt that I wasn’t able to do it. I always feel that the blogging path is very different from the photography path, because the blogging path is about creating a unique voice and allowing your voice to be heard by millions of people. It’s about having your own voice that you can use to make the world a better place.
It seems like the days of having a blog at all are over. Even if you dont have a blog, your blog does have the potential. By having a blog, you can actually get the attention of a blogger, and their content is more likely to be seen by a lot of people. Because of this, I would suggest you start your own blog, and then once your blog gets popular, write about your work and build up your blog to be ranked #1.
