By I’ve had several of my models ask me to hire for photoshoot after seeing my work. I’d rather they did it themselves than have a model do it for them. The photographers can ask a lot of questions, but the models are able to give more than they think they’re getting.

Even better, you can hire a professional photoshoot model to give your models more control. A professional model will be able to give you photos that really speak for themselves, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to hire your models.
the problem is that most of the models do not have a lot of experience in this industry, and if they have even a tiny bit, they dont go for it. In fact, most of the models I know of have never even touched a camera. But the great thing about hiring a professional model is that you can make it more or less “your” model. You can have your model choose the poses, hair, outfits, and accessories that they want.

I have worked with quite a few models and I believe that we can all agree that a good model is a good model. However, the type of person you are working with can make a huge difference. Not sure if I would want to work with someone who is completely cold, but you never know.
I have a close friend who has been working as a model for a few years. When I first met her she was very negative. I was very happy to see her start to change. She is now a little more tolerant but still a bit negative. I think that as long as she knows that I consider her a friend and is honest about her feelings then she will be fine.
