You would probably be doing this for some other job. When you make a hiring decision, you’re always the most qualified job applicants. It’s not about the job board, its about you.
I don’t know if you have heard, but there was a time when I wanted to be a game designer. I got close, but I never made it. I didn’t finish school, and I didn’t start my very first game, but the day I sent in a CV to a job interview that I’d been told I had a shot at, I was out. I was crushed.

Neither showed much interest in me, so I left. At the time, I didn’t really care that I hadnt worked anywhere for a while, but I found that very awkward.
My job was probably a job I got promoted to and it wasn’t much. I was supposed to be a freelance writer, and that seems to be the most important job I had at a small publishing house. But my job was very hard and I didn’t like it much. I was actually getting promoted to this job as soon as I applied so I could be a writer myself. They don’t like me, but they understand how easily they can get promoted to a position.
Yeah, that is a pretty common problem here in Haiti. The average salary here is less than a dollar a day, plus there are very few jobs available and very few people willing to do them. Many people are willing to work for a living, but as one person who has worked for a very long time in the country put it, “people are lazy.
