I can’t find a translation of “the three levels of self-awareness” that I’ve found.
A nice summary is that all this crap is just a part of us. We all have to learn to control our attention, our actions, and our thoughts. This is why we have to be aware of our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. We can only control our reactions and actions when we take the time to think about them. Being aware of your habits, routines, impulses, and reactions is the first step towards self-awareness.
As you have probably noticed, I don’t think there’s a lot of self-awareness that I can get off on. I just think it’s amazing that we have so much self-awareness when we are on autopilot.
I think you can find self-awareness in all sorts of ways. For example, you may find it in the way we react to things that don’t feel right. I have seen people who are incredibly passionate about what they do and have this “I’m so passionate about this” attitude. Other people have this extreme lack of self-awareness. I think its because of the way we think and react to the things that happen to us.
This has been my personal experience, and I think a lot of people share this experience. When I was a teenager, my family had a big house with a pool, and I had a lot of friends who were into water skiing and such. I remember when I was a teenager, I had tons of friends who were into sports and such, but I felt as though I was just doing something for fun and not really thinking about my choices.
It’s not easy to change this bad habit. The main reason that many of my friends have this habit is that it’s a part of their personality. They think that by having a nice life and some friends who are pretty good at it, they’re more likely to become a role model for others who are out of touch, or a person that’s not so smart. When I started my career, I was already pretty smart enough to be a sports fan. So it’s not surprising that I’m now pretty smart.
Thats also why I think it’s very important to try to make sure we understand that its not just choosing to do something because its fun. I think it can be very destructive to our development of our self awareness not to take ourselves seriously. It also can be harmful to our self esteem, because it can leave us with a false sense of self-worth.
The fact is that it can be hard to be a self-aware adult. It takes a lot of effort to be in touch with our own minds, and the more we try to do this the more messed up we can make ourselves. Being an adult means taking responsibility for our actions, and being able to say, “I did this,” or “I am responsible for this.
I think there is a lot of truth to this. We all have a lot of things we do that are wrong. We’re the ones who end up looking at our actions, and then we blame ourselves.
