This concept can be applied to any habit, routine, impulse, and reaction that we have. In fact, I would say every thing that we have as a human being. The only difference is that these habits, routines, impulses, and reactions are more or less automatic, you have to consciously do something to stop them.

The reason why self-awareness is so important is because the reason we don’t stop, or don’t feel the need to do so, is because we have these habits, routines, impulses, and reaction to be capable of. We should be able to act on these habits, routines, impulses, and reactions and stop.

This is why we need to have self-awareness to act on our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. That means being able to check in with ourselves about our “self-awareness” or what we do to feel better about ourselves.

Self-awareness is one of the very hardest things about life because its the thing that makes us aware of our choices. We have to check in with ourselves about our self-awareness or what we do to feel better about ourselves. I am a huge advocate for this because as a self-aware person I have seen the results of self-awareness. I have seen it show up in my own life more than I can count on one hand.
