The only thing amazon can do for the person with a bad attitude is fire the person because the person may just be a dick. The amazon job board is a friendly place and we can even find a few people with the attitude we want there. However, that doesn’t mean we should put those people on the job. The Amazon site says that some people are given the opportunity to get a job with Amazon “in the first month of employment.
Amazon only hires people because they want to get a job on the site. Those who are fired have the option of being put back on the site and asked to apply for another job. However, since this person is a dick, I see no point in him applying for another job. And if he does apply, Amazon has the option to just turn him down.
